Confidentiality may only be broken in rare circumstances where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by the law. In such situations, every effort is made to discuss this with you before any action is taken.
Each session is held in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space. The focus is not on fixing or prescribing but on building awareness and supporting healing. The work is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced for your comfort, whether online or in person.
